I was informed two days before my arrival that the property I had booked had a maintenance issue, and I was offered a different property instead. Although the location was not ideal for my purpose, I had to accept it given the short notice. I was then sent the check-in instructions, but they included only the property name and not the full address. The postal code directed us to a different location. On a rainy night, the Uber driver could not find the property, and we had to call the property management's emergency number before finally obtaining the correct address. The property itself was nice and clean, but the check-in process was poorly handled and caused unnecessary frustration.
