Great location
We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back.
Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, including a nice variety of snacks like candy, popcorn, chips, etc. Having a parking spot behind the house was a huge plus in Eureka Springs, and the loading area right across the street made unloading and packing up really easy. The location is great, too. It’s only about a tenth of a mile walk to all the shops and restaurants down the hill, and it’s a pretty easy walk. The owner was very responsive as well. We liked the place so much that we actually tried to extend our stay, but unfortunately it was already booked!A couple of things worth mentioning, although none of these affected our rating. The downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a closet or hanging rod for clothes, so we ended up draping ours over a couch. The unit doors have regular doorknob locks rather than deadbolts. I personally didn’t see it as an issue, but it was something my wife brought up. That said, you do have to enter through the building’s main door, which has its own separate lock, so we didn’t feel unsafe at all. It’s just something worth mentioning for anyone who might have concerns about it.Also, you can hear footsteps from the upstairs unit when you’re downstairs. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider booking the upstairs unit or the entire place.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!
