Roomy Beaver lakefront home for rent on a beautiful cove near Eureka Springs, AR. Bring your boat and enjoy all kinds of water activities on Beaver Lake or visit historic downtown Eureka Springs. Enjoy the leaves changing colors in the fall, or snuggle up with a blanket in the living room during the winter months.
This 3,600 square foot home sleeps 14+ in comfy beds. Two upstairs restroom in suite primary bedrooms, one with dual sinks and a jacuzzi tub, both with access to the upper deck. Adjoining sunroom for relaxing or sleeping with a daybed and trundle. There are also two large bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. If celebrating a holiday or a birthday, a formal dining room can seat up to 8 people comfortably. A large kitchen with a breakfast nook that can seat 6 and living room on main level. A large family room with table and chairs and seating area in lower level for entertainment. Bedroom 3 and 4 and full bathroom are also downstairs one with queen and 2 twins one with king and queen. Come relax in a spacious home or on one of our two decks, upper and lower, with outdoor seating and propane grill.
The kitchen includes everything you will need to make yourself at home - microwave, dishwasher, griddle, coffee maker, sandwich maker, all cooking utensils, bakeware, etc. The owner provides bath towels, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent and laundry detergent. There is also a washer and dryer. All beds are complete with linens, pillows, blankets and comforters. You will need to bring your own lake towels, groceries, and toiletries.
Great shopping and restaurants are just 15 minutes away in Eureka Springs. This home is perfect for extended families on vacations, girl’s getaway weekends, fishing groups, or wedding guests! Get the best of both worlds on your vacation!
The walk from the house to the shoreline is steep. There is a set of stairs (100 steps) from the house to the Corp line and then a short walking path to the water. Sorry, there is no smoking inside the home and no pets allowed at this home.

Amazing location with a beautiful setting. Easy distance to Eureka Springs and Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. House is spacious and well-equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Don't come expecting updated bathrooms and fixtures, but everything is clean and in wonderful condition with plenty of seating for gathering for meals or group conversation. Kitchen is large with room for multiple people working.

Annual Family Lake Trip

This place is definitely a retreat! We absolutely loved the private dock. It is a short jog from Starkey Marina where we rented a slip. It was great to drop people off who were done boating to go to the house. It was also great to lounge on the swim dock. It has been said there are quite a few stairs down to the dock. It is a great path with stairs which is better than many places. The house was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the large table in the dining room for family meals. Loved our stay!

Amazing home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was even larger than I imagined. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes & cooking items we needed for our large group. The view is even better than the pictures show. The stairway to the lake is very well built with a handrail. But if anyone in your group has mobility issues they may not be able to go up and down to the lake. The walk down was much longer than I imagined from the pictures. Our group had no issues and enjoyed fished off the dock! Overall, we loved the home & would love to stay there again.

Great Girls Trip

Nine ladies were wonderfully accommodated in the well maintained, peaceful home. Had all 12 been able to make the trip, there still would have been plenty of sleeping space. We stayed here to attend the Great Passion Play and worship on Sunday at the Thorncrown Chapel. The drive from the cabin was not bad! The gravel road could be a little intimidating, but the rain had not made it impassable, since I was accustomed to “lake” living the country driving did not intimidate us. The STAIRS to the lake was a challenge, which I certainly wouldn’t want to haul any accessories down and up. But we were mostly happy to enjoy the decks during the little bit of time we were at the house. We had plenty of room for card playing also There were absolutely no issues with the home. Portrayed perfectly in the pictures. .

Great Home Away From Home!

I highly recommend this home for a vacation. My group of friends and I stayed there for a long weekend. The home was as advertised, with no surprises. There was plenty of room for us all, and the main floor deck was the hangout spot (there is another deck on the lower level as well). The kitchen was well stocked with EVERYTHING that you would need to cook for a small Army. The firepit in the front yard is welcomed with the wooden seats (recommend bring some folding chairs for extra comfort). The backyard was really steep, so keep that in mind if traveling with someone with mobility issues. But there were stairs that led down to the dock, which were in very good condition, with a handrail. Overall, great little lakefront getaway and 20 min to Downtown Eureka Springs.

It was perfect

Perfect..great location with many things to enjoy near by - yayaking, canoeing, hiking, Eureka Springs, Branson, Crystal Bridges. House very clean, well equipped and everyone had their own private space. Also, great communal space for meals and conversation. Highly recommend this retreat.

Great spot on the lake

We’ve been coming to Beaver for several years. This one is the one. Great location (beware there is a dirt road to the house in case you have a clean boat in tow). House was really clean. 3 families had plenty of space in the kitchen and throughout. Aaron was easy to contact. There are two boat ramps nearby. The close one is a dirt/rock ramp. Doable for one of our boats. In hindsight I’d drop a boat at the dam ramp nearby on the drive in and make life was easier. Will def want to stay here again.

The checkin was easy, the easier I have experienced. The house was very clean. There were lots of towels. The bedding smelled fresh. The pillows were comfy. All tubs and showers were clean no rut or dirt. The best was the kitchen. It was stocked with everything you need. Kitchen pots, cups, insulted cups for bot outings. There is rubber is containers for left over food. Also has a covered private boat slip. The walk down is steep and long but that is the way lake home are. This house was way above what we could expect. Def go back again. Thanks
