'My 3rd stay...and TR's is moving on to spring! The backyard area planters are updated in new blooms. The breakfast area allows you to make your own omelets and you would not know that upgrades to rooms are made. '

'Super cute and very clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The town of Matlacha is great and everyone is very friendly. '

'The home is not clean, with cockroaches in the house, only a couple of plates and cups, and no silverware. The home is in a bad neighborhood, we heard multiple gunshots and screaming outside in the neighborhood. We ended up leaving the 2nd day and found a much better home. The owner has refused to refund and has not communicated with us.'
