'Our family’s third time staying at Valencia Estates celebrating mom’s 97th birthday and we can’t wait for the fourth! This is the only place she asks to come back to celebrate each year. Highlights are the beautiful views, hanging out by the pool watching the gorgeous sunsets and watching the hot air balloons in the early mornings. Also, picking oranges and making fresh squeezed orange juice is a plus! Stephanie is an excellent and accommodating hostess. Thank you for another memorable stay!'

'We were a group of old friends getting together and the house is perfect. Lots of bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. But the best thing is the fourth story rooftop terrace. Ate dinner there, watched the beach and made smores. Short walk to the beach. They still have a few details to work out since the renovations but it is a great place for a get together. Could easily accomodate a group with lots of children.'

'This property was amazing! I was glad when Mimi told us that the condo was fully stocked. Believe me, this condo is truly FULLY stocked! We had so much fun boogie boarding at the beach, lounging in the chairs, using the umbrellas, and (most of all) playing tennis with the provided tennis rackets and balls. There is also a big variety of games, puzzles and books if you need some downtime inside. The set up was perfect for our group (teens had their own space upstairs, adults enjoyed the 2 king...

'Check in was so easy, Jason was an absolute dream. So so helpful and responsive! Waking up and seeing the ocean from the front door healed my soul. Loved the private parking behind the gate, and feeling like we had the whole place to ourself. Even picked a fresh grapefruit from the tree for breakfast! Would come back again and again!'

While we did explore lots of La Jolla and the San Diego Zoo, we opted for most of our relax time at the property. All of the communication and arrangements were much appreciated and went so smoothly.
