The Space
This is an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) attached to the main house, offering full privacy with its own private entrance, bathroom, and mini kitchen.
The space is clean, quiet, and perfect for up to 2 guests.

Keyless entry via combination lock

Laundry
The laundry room is located at the back of the house. You can access it via the backyard door. Laundry detergent is provided under the kitchen sink.

Parking
Free street parking is available directly in front of the house and is usually easy to find.
Important: Please do not park in front of the neighbors’ driveways — even partially — to avoid tickets or towing. Thanks for helping us be respectful neighbors!
