Hôtel près de End of the Confederate Monument (Shreveport)

« Decor magnifique, peinture, arts,antiquités déjeuner excellent. Coté négatif trop froid dans la chambre, manquait d'eau chaude »

« The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking...

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« Internet was spotty at best. Restaurants closed both nights there (T/W). Yet very clean and spacious room and nice staff. »

« The staff and the bar were the best part of our stay. Each person was extremely helpful and courteous. »

« Unfortunately, the shops on the boardwalk has closed, so not many shops around, but it was a nice stay overall. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« The room was clean, though the ac unit was loud. The staff were courteous & eager to assist. Breakfast menu was great except for the broken pancake maker. Ample parking.The hotel was close to the freeway »

« Property as a whole needs some maintenance. The staff was excellent in all respects Miss Destiny was exceptional and a wonderfull hostess for the hotel »

« There was open soap wrappers and the luggage holder was rusted and covered in paint. Majority highway noise all night and bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn’t nothing great but was good enough yogurt fruit toast waffles eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and seemed like a okay area the residents were quiet. Outside the building was clean and gave plenty of towels in the room. »

« A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed. »

« The property was beautiful. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The bathtub was disgusting & full of mold - Lots of it. Theshower head was broken also »

« This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate. »
