« The property smelled clean walking through the door. Good size, neighborhood is close to everything and some businesses are walkable, which is not as common for Phoenix. »

« Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response. »

« Here's a nice quiet place for a solo or couple. There's a great pool, great place to swim and sun. The host is super responsive and attentive to details. An issue with check in was dealt with very well. Parking and egress is great. The location is near the freeway, near downtown, and quick ways to reach anywhere in the valley. Would stay there again. « The pictures were not current when I first chose this casita. They now have a bigger fridge than what’s shown in the pictures. This place is centrally close to everything and is good for two people. That accept dogs which is what I needed. This place is the best value I’ve experienced. »
