'Always put in the VERY NOISEY front single 1 night stay. Terrible.Rooms are very tired need touch up on paint. Reception NEVER SMILE or say any welcome. Both reception men never introduced themselves. ( both had beards) I have stayed many times it just suits me as I can walk to my friends.'

'All Staff were very friendly, A great team helpful and pleasant. Room very clean . Had all we needed Breakfast and evening meal excellent. Well prepared, presented and enjoyable. Cakes to die for 🤗 Would recommend and will be booking again in the future. Thanks to an amazing team and customer service 10/10'

'Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too.'

'We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. 'Our short time at Avocet key was extremely enjoyable and left us completely refreshed and relaxed. The accommodation was very clean and fantastically equipped to a very high standard. The view out onto the wetland pond was constantly changing as we were entertained by a pair of Swans and other water birds, and even a passing fox. 'Firstly have to say Henry Adams staff have been amazing as due to our house sale falling through we could extend our stay no problem. The house is in a perfect location and lovely garden for the pups, great gardener and communication with HA staff.. The home is very dated and unfortunately uncomfortable (we ordered a sofa early just to have somewhere comfortable to relax ) I didn’t feel it was cleaned very well when we arrived but that was rectified quickly!
