'Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.'

'We stayed for almost 3 weeks in the appartment. The host Daniele and his wife Annalisa are super nice and very attentive. Upon arrival there is a bottle of wine and some small things ready. They are helpful and if you have questions you can always call them. From the apartment it is a 5 minute walk to the center and the train station. Supermarket is 10 minutes by car. 'If you are going to San Gimignano for the first time, this is a must place to stay. The hosts greet you when you get there and are on site all day. They knew the town, the places to see and recommended all the right places. They certainly didn’t cause the transportation strike but they solved it for us. 'The apartment was pretty spacious and had a good location in a quiet neighborhood, but at a walking distance from the main streets and attractions. The only downside was the number of stairs we had to walk up to get to the apartment, be prepared for that.'

'Everything as described. Very good in air conditioning on that hot days. Shower jet is powerful. Nice. However, if the napkins / tissues papers / paper towels were to provide for the rooms, kitchen and bathroom/washroom. This will be wonderful and superb. Overall, is good with reasonable price for us.'
