Bonne communication et check-in facile. »

« The room was brilliantly equipped, very clean and well located. Check in was online which allowed us to access the apartment at 4.30 am after a delayed flight. »

« at check in was told that the rooms would not be serviced for 4 days - ie the length of our stay. the first place shown had leftover food in the fridge, dirty laundry and bins in the corridor, next one shown (which we took) was likes student digs and certainly not 3 star. there was no coffee in the room just about 15 bags of sugar. attention to details was severely lacking. for the price paid, i feel that was unacceptable and we were grossly overcharged. Definitely left a bad taste for...

« The curtain was not properly hanged, half part of it has fallen apart, since the room was street view, we have to turn the lights off during the evening to minimize the exposure of our movements in the room. We stayed three nights there and there was no extra towels in the room. »

« Camera al piano terra poco insonorizzata, apriporta rumorosissimo. »
