Lovely first floor oceanfront end unit condo with views of ocean in the secluded western end of the island called 'The Point.' This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, beach combing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes to shopping, water slide, theater, restaurants, and night life but still you feel you are away from it all. Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goal, picnic area and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Elevator also located in building A. This home features 3 BR, 2.5 Bath. Living area has a 42" flat screen TV with upgraded Surround Sound, a covered deck with ocean views. Master bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath, 39" Flat screen TV and a deck with ocean views. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, 27" flat screen with a full bath & shared bath in hallway. Bedroom #3 has a 2 twin size beds, 26" flat screen with a half bath. Washer and dryer in condo. No Smoking and No pets. Rents Sat to Sat. This condominium is a first floor. Great access for families with kids or elderly and views to one swimming pool from window. Internet (WiFi) service provided.

Overall it was an okay place. I would not consider this ocean front rather ocean view. For what we paid beds could be better and it wasn’t the cleanest. There was plenty in the kitchen to cook with. Walk was very long to the beach but the beach was huge and beautiful. Washer and dryer need updated along with fridge that would hardly close for us. Emerald Isle is beautiful.

Amazing as always

This is our fifth year coming back to serenity at Emerald Isle and we had a blast as always. The beach is gorgeous the condo well equipped for cooking. The owner is responsive and continuously upgrading the property. The new hardwood floors were great… I miss the dehumidifier though!

One of our favorites on EI

This property is one of our favorites when we stay in Emerald Isle. The condo has everything you need, is just steps away from the beach and the property has excellent amenities. My family loves that there is access to safe bike paths for the kids and a nice pool area. This is our 3rd stay here and we would definitely consider this condo again.

Area beautiful, lots of good restaurants, wonderful beach. Property not by any means the best I've stayed. Not ocean front. Building is but view is off the deck looking left. Says refurbished, no kitchen good but stove broke Microwave broke. Blinds on both sliding doors falling down broken. Bedroom slider does not open. Living room slider kept jamming up and jumping off the rail. Bedroom carpets dirty not cleaned in a while. I realize end of year but should be cleaned more frequently.

Love it here! Have returned every year for the last 4 years because it really can’t be beat. Mark is awesome. Location is awesome. Some deep cleaning of drawers and cabinets would help but the best beach ever makes up for all else!

Great place to stay

Property was beach front! While we would have loved to have had an oceanfront view we had a corner ocean view which was good too! We loved the convenience of the beach and the pool. We loved the small town feel and the proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. No heavy traffic which we enjoyed the most! The property was clean and equipped with even the smallest conveniences which was appreciated. Our neighbors were polite and considerate - no loud noises after hours. This was our first time at Emerald Isle and we enjoyed it so much.

One of our favorites

This is one of my family’s favorite places to stay on Emerald Isle and it’s our second time staying in this condo. I love that it is a safe and family friendly area. The condo is super comfortable and has an easy access to the beach. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Awesome condo in a great location

This property was perfect for my family. And the location was spectacular. I will definitely come back again. Spectrum had an issue on the east coast for two of the days, but that was an issue with the internet provider, so nothing that the owner could have fixed. Otherwise, a perfect vacation.

Sister beach vacation

The villa was well appointed and very comfortable. Had all the touches of home. Kitchen was neat and tidy, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Bath towels ready for guests left on center of beds for our arrival (nice touch :) Decor was very cute. Owner prompt to reply to any questions and made check-in easy. Beach was wonderful, condo and surrounding area quiet. Was a perfect getaway for our sister trip.

Wonderful Villa!!

This Villa was perfect. The Villa is updated, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook a few dinners. It was nice and quiet and a very close walk to the beach.

Amazing as always

We’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and you just can’t beat the amazing location and the most beautiful beach. There were no workable beach chairs this year, which was always a plus in previous years. They share their boogie boards and large beach shovels too.
