'The room was very nice it was like an apartment, there wasn’t any hand soap and sponges to wash dishes if staying for a long time. You can park on the street if you can find parking or park in the garage where you do have to pay for. The hotel and restaurant are separate with separate entrances which is nice and felt safe. The only way to get in is by talking to the host in the restaurant. You don’t really talk to staff or see any staff '

'mooie kamers en badkamers. voldoende ontbijt. Gezien dezeer dichte ligging van het hotel dichtbij het treinstation Bramalea, is het een aanrader om, indien je een bezoek wil brengen aan Toronto Downtown, de trein te nemen. (Groeps)-tickets kan je online vinden. Je vermijdt op die manier het toch wel zeer drukke verkeer van Toronto en komt aan in Union Station, vlakbij bij downtwon. Hotel is zeker een aanrader.'

'Wegwerkzaamheden, waardoor moeilijker bereikbaar. Zaterdagnacht slapeloze nacht gehad door al het geluidsoverlast in het hotel en maandagochtend was het trappenhuis nog niet gepoetst. Deurkaart werkte halverwege het verblijf ineens niet meer.'

'Our room wasn't cleaned. We quickly got a new room, but the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Staff took care of that; but cleaning is apparently an issue. The room is very spacious, staff very friendly. Location is great just off Hwy-10. Breakfast is fine; just the plastic tools and paper plates should be changed back into proper utensils and plates. Boston Pizza conveniently right next door.'
