'Der Weg zur Unterkunft führt erst mal über einige stufe. Jedoch beleuchtet und mit Geländer. Empfangen wird man von einem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Gebäude und spritzbetonboden. Davon sollte man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen. Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen, hatte ein großes, helles und sauberes Zimmer mit Zugang zu einem umlaufenden Balkon/Terasse wo man morgends sehr schön frühstücken kann. 'This place is magical! Truly a stay in the jungle. There’s no road to the cabin so the last part you have to walk on the railway. However the staff were really helpful and carried our suitcases the whole way - so do recommend to pack lightly. The place was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend! '

'Incredible view, the pictures don't do it justice. Humming birds, woodpeckers, fire flies all in the garden underneath the floor to celing windows. Managers very frendly and helpful with walks, transport. etc. We were a bit nervous about it being a smoking room as we are non smokers but it isnt like a japanese or european smoking room with 20mm of yellow nocotine on the walls - it was very clean and didnt smell of smoke at all. Would book again.'

'I booked this cottage due to its high rating in Expedia. However, my experience was not as good as other same price range hotels I stayed in Sri Lanka. There was about 20 flies welcoming us that took hours to get rid of them. The facility it self is not bad but needs more effort in maintaining the facility and welcoming the guest.
