'The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...

'The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes afraid to look at the sheets underneath the covers afraid to see what I would see. Worse than a Motel 6. '

'Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. '

'The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed. Not too big and not too small. The owner was super responsive and considerate. Location is less than 15 min to all the areas we wanted to visit. Great outdoor space as well. We are coming back.'
