'The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed. Not too big and not too small. The owner was super responsive and considerate. Location is less than 15 min to all the areas we wanted to visit. Great outdoor space as well. We are coming back.'

'The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...

'Very nice location in North Falmouth where things feel timeless. The only disadvantage was there is no living/sitting room. You can sit in the kitchen or be in the bedrooms. Host was attentive and available.'
