« Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared...

« The smoke alarm in the room had been removed, there was a tile in the bathroom was lose and moved around when stepped on, the whole 2nd floor reaked of weed »

« The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty. »

« At the hotel. Everything was amazing. The downside of it was Expedia Bad customer service. Bad understanding and communication. Unuseful staff not booking through Expedia ever again. »
