'This was our first time in Ecuador, and we spent two nights at Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures. The building itself is beautiful—full of charm, stunning architecture, and lovely decor—right in the heart of the historic district. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt safe and secure. What truly made our visit special was Hernan. His hospitality exceeded our expectations. He offered us personalized day and night tours at a very reasonable price, and we felt incredibly lucky...

'Hoewel een kort verblijf van 2 nachten, een prima tijd gehad in het in historische centrum zeer centraal gelegen hotel. Ook van het straatverkeer geen last, mede omdat de straat relatief smal is. Bijzonder was dat die Zondag verplicht binnenblijven was vanwege de census( volkstelling) Uitsluitend militairen en politie op straat. Echter met het fijne hotel en de goede maaltijden was het niet echt rampzalig. Ook was het bijzonder dat het hele land vanaf vrijdagmiddag tot maandagmiddag drooggelegd...

'The hotel is just one block from the main square, which makes it easy to visit and enjoy Quito's historical monuments at a leisurely pace. The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, as well as helping us with tours of both Quito's historic center and an excursion to one of the volcanoes. '

'The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was served with fresh fruit and juice as well other options were available. The property and rooms were immaculate, any request was attended to immediately. We extended our stay as we were so pleased. They take customer service to the next level, great job 🙌'

'Mooi middelgroot hotel in een aangename buurt. Park, winkelcentra, restaurants en bars allemaal in de directe omgeving. Ondanks dat t hotel in t centrum ligt heb je nooit gevoel dat je je in de drukte begeeft. Zeer prettig personeel. Fijn zwembad met gym en jacuzzi op de 6e etage. Aanrader. '
