« I had an excellent stay for a little over a week visiting my daughter at UND. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was very convenient. Easy walking distance to Caribou Coffee. We have already told several parents of UND students about this place. »

« The place was dirty, didn’t want to walk around without shoes. The ceiling fan was ready to fall out of the ceiling. We had a family gathering in the area, otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed. »
