« Perfect location for attending a concert at Floors castle- able to walk there and back easily. Property had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds. Lovely welcome basket of goodies. Very responsive host »

« Nice enough place to stay, location is great and a good base for exploring the Scottish Borders.However, the property is missing quite a few of the kitchen basics; there wasn't enough crockery for our family of 5.Great hob and oven and all appliances work well, however, whole place shakes when washing machine is on, so timing is key!Electric shower was really not great, but the corner bath is lovely.Most importantly; there aren't 1.5 bathrooms... there is one. One toilet, one bath, one shower......

« La maison est très grande,bien organisée.Chacun avait son propre domaine.Les chambres sont agréables.Le matelas au salon est cependant bien mou.Le barbecue a servi dans le joli patio.On est à 10mn à pied du centre de Kelso,jolie petie ville aux très nombreux commerces accueillants,bien située dans les Borders et entourée d'abbayes superbes ,surtout celle de Dreyburg ,et de beaux paysages.On envisage déjà de revenir.Merci Nikky. »

« We needed a large house to accommodate ten people.My son and his family flew in from Australia and my older son and his partner joined us from Aberdeen. The area is stunning.The generosity and hospitality expressed in this property was exemplary. We celebrated my wifes birhday while there adding to our pleasurable and superb visit to the Borders. 10 stars! »

« This private and bijou rental is an absolute gem! In lovely rural setting, it is very cosy and enormous care has clearly been taken to think through every need a guest might have. Wherever you look there are thoughtful beautiful artistic touches. The host is friendly, informative and very responsive to any questions. The cottage is well situated to visit Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island (Lindisfarne). Within easy reach are shops and restaurants. The 'Taj Tandoori' provided the best Indian meal...

« Great location and very modern. I like a traditional feel more than the modern but it had everything one needed. However, there was less than 1 role of toilet paper between both bathrooms combined and no soap or shampoo, napkins, paper towels, dish brushes or clothes wash so come prepared. Also, the garbage outside was filled to overflowing before we arrived and we were unable to clean up our kitchen. Apparently, per the neighbor, this is an ongoing problem. The beds were a little uncomfortable....
