This classic spacious Cape is the perfect rental for large family reunions or 2 families vacationing together.
This is a Saturday to Saturday rental. .
We do not rent for less than 7 days so please do not ask us to quote a weekend or long weekend - thanks.
There are 3 large bedrooms which sleep 9-11
Located just 1/3 mile (2 minute walk) to a private association beach located right behind Green Pond boatyard where there is public deep water access st the public boatyard ramp. Launch your boat and if you have to bring the trailer back to the house its just a 5 minute walk to your boat.
5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the Ackapesket Association Beach (private beach!), which overlooks Martha's Vineyard. As the photos show, the beach has a volleyball net, jetty for fishing and crabbing, great shelling and rock collecting and beautiful sand dunes. The front of the beach is on the ocean facing Martha’s Vineyard. The back of the beach is on Green Pond and is perfect for younger children with warm, shallow water and lots of little ocean creatures to keep them occupied. Note that the beach limits the total #8 of people and we are given 8 beach passes.
Several of town beaches mere minutes away if you want to check them out! Bristol Beach, Menahaunt Beach and Falmouth Heights Beach are just a 5 minute car ride. Weekly parking passes can be obtained thru the Beach department with a copy of the rental lease.

50% Due upon signed contract and the remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to the first day of the rental. The dates are not reserved until we have received the signed contract and deposit.
Our home features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a dishwasher. Spacious full bath - T/S off kitchen.
Kitchen opens to dining room which seats 8. Family room with TV/DVD/VCR, cable TV and high speed wireless internet access.
On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom with a King size bed.
In additon to the living room on the first floor there is a separate sitting room that can a ccomdate a queen size blow up mattress that we provide.
The second floor has a large king size master bedroom and a single bed with attached full size bath.
There is also a very large second bedroom/bunk room that contains 2 full size beds and 2 single beds. Great Bunk room for kids.
House sleeps 9-11 comfortably. There are 3 window air conditioners in each bedroom and one air conditioner in the dining room and plenty of fans. The location is so close to the ocean and nicely situated between Great Pond and Green Pond so there are always beautiful summer breezes.

Fabulous outdoor deck with a gas grill, patio and lawn furniture. Outside Shower Hot/Cold, located on the deck. There is a very large yard ,hammock, and it's a great space for family gatherings and whiffle ball games.Plenty of parking for several cars and boats
Washer and dryer in basement. All linens and towels provided.
1 1/2 hour of turnover cleaning included which is usually sufficient if linens have been started per the lease.
Trash and Recycle Pick up Weekly. Day determined per lease
Tenant is responsible to take trash and recycles to curbside as stated in lease, and remove any trash at the end of tenancy, or charges will be deducted from security deposit.
