Modern Cape Cod home in vibrant beach community - steps to beach; pool access!!

A gem within the vibrant Cape Cod beach community of Seacoast Shores. Take a 2-minute walk to the private beach where you can swim, sunbath and watch the boats go by or take a 15-min walk (3 min drive) to the community clubhouse with seasonal access to an Olympic sized pool, kids wadding pool and restaurant. After a day at the beach or pool, head back to the newly built “cape cod” style home with plenty of room to spread out. Cap off your day on the back patio with smores on the firepit.

Great stay

We had a great stay with a large extended family. House had everything we needed, everything was clean, everything worked great (washer/dryer, grill, kitchen, etc). The nearby beach was great for swimming and relaxing. Location was very convenient to explore Cape Cod. Highly recommend.

We loved our time here! The house was very clean, great aesthetic, and plenty of space for our very large family. The host was excellent to work with, great communication and willing to accommodate our unique situation. The house is very family friendly for kids of all ages and being so close to the beach was perfect. I would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back and when we are, we would love to stay here again!

Great girls weekend

No complaints! house was roomy, very clean, was close to a lot. Spent the weekend with the girls and it was great. The beds are comfy along with the couch which is a plus. The hosts were amazing as well.

Incredibly clean and spacious new home with lots of space for multiple family members in private community in East Falmouth. Lovely private beach about two blocks from property with easy 10-15 minute drive to public beaches as well as shopping and restaurants.

Great 10+ star vacation stay!

This was a great modern home with all the amenities for an amazing family friendly stay on the Cape! The house had all the essentials (chairs, beach toys, towels) which were available for beach time fun all within walking distance! The beach was perfect for our young ones (1-4 years)! The backyard enjoyed by all with comfortable seating and eating area including a fire pit, swing set and plenty of yard games! The owner replied quickly to any questions or concerns! Owner also provided an extensive list of amenities available within the house and community activities, restaurants and beaches for all ages! We would highly recommend this property as the owner made us feel very welcomed and wanted us to enjoy his home and local community! Definite 10 stars!!

Beautiful clean modern house with all amenities. My family had a great time. Located close to downtown Falmouth plenty of shopping and restaurants. Quick walk to small private beach was great for the kids and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the beach. Great communication with owner.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a great time in this beautiful, modern home. Lots of space for 9 of us to be comfortable. The kids had a ball with all the toys and games and the outdoor playground. The location is close to beaches and shopping. We all hated to leave!

Amazing home

Home is brand new, clean and beautiful property. It’s clear the owners didn’t plan to rent as they have all high end features and furnishings! If you’re looking for a nice house in a quiet neighborhood this is certainly one to look at but make sure to treat it as your own home as it’s clear they take pride in their house!

Modern beach home

We are grateful to have made wonderful memories in Cape Cod while staying at this new modern beach home. The decor is tasteful and the home is well stocked with any supplies you would need. Our kids never wanted to leave the house to sightsee as there were so many great quality toys and games. The neighborhood beach is quaint and outstanding for kids and fishermen. We really enjoyed our stay.
