Strandhotels in East Coast Zanzibar

'A very cosy hotel for quiet holidays. Standard breakfast. The tour operator Andre Group Limited (Tours & Travel) was nice to deal with. The hotel location demands a lot of private car & prepare for huge expenses for local transport. Good for beach lovers.'

'Prachtige accommodatie.

'The room was large and very clean. The staff were very helpful.'

'Excelente lugar, tranquilo y con acceso a una de las mejores playas en las que he estado en todo el mundo. La comida del restaurante es espectacular. El servicio muy amable y atento. Un sitio mágico al que volveremos.'

'Nice and quite relaxed area right near the rock. We enjoyed our time. Wi-Fi was good and staff were very friendly. You also have the pleasure of meeting a s sweet cat named Demetri.'

'Fijn zwembad, fijn personeel'

'Amazing and friendly staff, beautiful location and all round great hotel. Would go there again in a heartbeat.'

'Perfect place to rest, read, enjoy life.'

'Unfortunately, our two-week stay was quite disappointing, mainly due to the food and poor organisation. The biggest problem was that there simply wasn’t enough food for all the guests. The menu was very limited at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At first, we thought we were arriving too late, but even when we started coming earlier, there was still not enough food and very little choice. We have stayed at many hotels in Zanzibar, and we have never experienced anything like this before. I find...

'We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is schoon en fris, mooie tuin, direct aan zee. Huisjes zijn echt bizar groot/ruim. Het personeel is werkelijk altijd vriendelijk en correct. Een aanrader. '

'A place to feel at home – warm staff, real sustainability, stunning ocean views We spent 9 days at the Jaz Elite Aurora and were sad to leave. The hotel transfer (€100, approx. 1 hr 40 min) worked perfectly. Don’t worry if the last stretch looks remote: the hotel is new and the access road isn’t finished yet. We arrived at 10 am, were welcomed warmly, had breakfast right away and got our room by noon. The open, wall-free common areas with lots of wood feel very Zanzibar, and sustainability is...

'Er is geld gestolen uit onze kamer. Er werd geen oplossing geboden. Er waren geen fietsen ter beschikking. En ik kan zo nog doorgaan '

'De zee was zichtbaar in de verte. Het eten is geweldig goed. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. All inclusive principe werkt hier goed. Ze mogen wel een betere zanger inhuren voor het entertainment. '

'The accommodation was very nice, only the area was a bit dull. '

'I celebrated my birthday at this hotel. It was incredible, special Thanks to the lovely restaurant stuff, who became my professional friends in this short time. Special Thanks to Godlisten, Kambani, Ezekiel for making my birthday incredible. The lovelu reception staf Keniza (i think how to spell it) and Majid. They made my stay amazing. The room was decorated lovely for my birthday. It was always clean. Very nice stuff. The food was good. 10/10'
