Luxe hotels in East Central Iowa

'The building was very clean and was nicely decorated/furnished. Staff were friendly. I don't wish to add a negative, but the advertised "heated pool" was actually "cold." It was a bummer, as my husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniv. and haven't been swimming in ages. 'Comfortable bed, it was nice having a room walk out to the pool. The food was good! They need to explain at checking how order food works, need to explain the tools of pool and hot tub at check in. We wanted to sit in the hot tub with out kids for 10 min before getting out and going to bed and a worker stopped us said no kids. We had been there all day from 3 pm and seen kids going back and forth all day nothing said then we go to use it and told no... my daughter started balling and not the way...

'Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional, we brought our grandchildren to swim in the pool on their spring break. The pool was very clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!'

Make sure the shower door in your room slides shut & will stay closed before you decide to shower or your bathroom will flood which you’ll see on your ceiling from the floor above you by shotty patchwork.
