'We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, it was clean, comfortable beds, very spacious, close to all amenities and easy free parking outside. The small yard was very useful for our small dog.Silloth itself is a gorgeous town, the kids had a lot of fun, there are lovely parks, an arcade, fairground, splash park in the summer, the sand dunes and the Green was hosting an event during our stay, which was great timing for us. You are only a short drive away from Carlisle and the Lake District...

'Love love love! Dec-2018: Stayed for 2-nts with the family (6 adults and 5 (all under 9yrs) children) and loved the location, space and freedom that Cumnock Knowes afforded us. You can't miss the property as it stands proud on the horizon as you drive south, out of Carsphairn. The woodland that has been removed from around the house would have offered some protection from the elements, but the views from every window were fantastic - hopefully replanting is in the plans for the future. 'Absolutely a beautiful place to stay with a large group. This enormous facility comes with huge bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. It is so nice to sleep in rooms that feel sound proof. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful, especially at the end of our long trip through Europe.'

'We loved this house was close to where we needed. The only thing disappointing was we had to rush to be out by 10 with there being a few of us as well. We did text to see if the house was being taken the next night to see if we could add another night but got no reply and was showing available online but didn’t want to do it online again as we would of had two cleaning charges. Apart from that it was ideal for us and would use again'
