'Great location and parking was easy! Rooms were clean and new but the beds were so soft that everyone woke up with a sore back. Also, the lack of carpet in the rooms made it very loud between floors when someone was walking above. Overall, a great stay, but a few things need to be addressed.'

'The HVAC system options need to be fixed. Our AC was going in and off for 20 minutes all night both nights I was there - the night before my wedding in the old building and the night of in the newly updated tower. I didn’t sleep for more than an hour straight both nights. I love the idea of the Amway, am a GR resident and was looking forward to staying there for my wedding experience. 'Double charged for my room. After I repeatedly told the guy checking me in the screen said 606 not 100$ Bathroom sink was dirty from last people, worn down furniture, with a not so pleasant smell. No safes in the room, I had money came up missing from inside my suitcase, inside the closet!! my toilet paper was replenished but housekeeping was in a hurry bc they left my trash. The restaurant on site was good, limited menu. Convenient location.'

'Probably just a quirk, but several frustrations with room: only decaf coffee provided (really?), only "one" shampoo, lotion, etc. for a room with (4) people (maybe they didn't know the occupancy?), only one washcloth for (4) people. Otherwise, the modern/warehouse vibe was nice, thought a little confusing at times when looking for the "correct" elevator! LOL'

'The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We have stayed in other Fairfield Inns, this was simply sub par. Room was excellent, clean and cool.'

'Very nice hotel in the center. Own parking garage across the hotel which is very convenient. US$ 32 per night is too expensive! Nice swimming pool and gym. Next time I will definitively stay again.'

'Spent a night at the Homewood Suites after our flight out of Grand Rapids was cancelled. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating despite us arriving very late. The rooms and property itself were clean and in great shape. I would definitely stay again.'
