Location de vacances de particulier à Duck Key

« We enjoyed our stay but given the premium rates we had expectations for better accommodation. Space size was as expected but the accoutrements are lacking. Cheapest grades of things like paper towels, not even a box of tissues, tiniest soap and even the shower offerings were empty. The bathrooms were not vacuumed (…hair, yuck!) the kitchen houseware needs updating — only three coffee mugs and the pots and pan were lacking and poor quality. Also the cable TV did not work in the bedrooms and was...

« Great location. Pretty views of Bay. Comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our brief stay for July 4th. »

« Very clean and an amazing viewWe walked to several restaurants at Hawks cay resort which were very goodDuck key is in a great location to explore IslaMirada or marathonThe only thing to note is that the neighbours are close when sitting out on the patioBut from inside it feels like you have the entire waterfront to yourself. It’s magnificent.Excellent place »

« Beautiful home in the perfect location right in the middle of the keys. Host was very responsive. Can’t wait to come back! »

« We had a lovely stay and our communications with the host we timely, and very helpful. »

« Everything was excellent, from check in to check out. The Villa is nicely updated. Great view of the water. Nice "rainfall" shower. Comfortable living area. Chairs and tables on the deck and balcony. Easy communication with the host. No issues during our visit. As a few people have mentioned on other reviews, the decks and balconies of all these villas lack privacy as you can see and hear your neighbors. We were also able to rent kayaks from Grassy Key Marina and have them delivered and use...

« It was perfect for our girl trip! »

« Excellent host, great location, great amenities, tidy & reasonably clean. Our host, Ana, had a booklet which includes everything from A-Z about the accomodations & area. The location is perhaps the quietest key - one road in, one out. The place is tidy with many amenities. Note the villas are attached and you can hear your neighbors to some extent, especially the washer/dryers. We would have given 5-stars, except for the lack of attention to the cleanliness of some areas of the kitchen and...

« Very nice house, nicely decorated and clean. The children really enjoyed being on the canal, fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Plenty of room for our boat on the nice dock. We checked out the pool that was a drive down to Key Colony Beach area but did miss having our own pool at the house for our convenience. Our host was always available and helpful with any questions. »

« 10/10 would absolutely stay here again. Frank is an excellent host and the property was beautiful. »

« Found a dead palmetto bug on arrival and we didn’t have enough trash bags beyond 1 day.Other than this it was a great stay! »

« Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel calme malgré la proximité de l'Overseas Highway. Une décoration globale sans doute à rafraîchir et à moderniser (ce qui est prévu pour l'accueil) mais les appartements restent confortables (nous avions un appartement avec 2 chambres séparés du salon-salle à manger). La piscine et le ponton ont une vue très agréable, ne pas y louper les couchers de soleil qui sont superbes. La piscine est sans doute un peu petite car il n'est pas possible de se baigner...

« The property was perfect for what we needed for the week. Plenty of parking to include boat trailer and cars. The kitchen had a toaster, Keurig coffee machine, blender, and plenty of dishes and cups. Be sure to bring laundry detergent and dishwasher soap if you plan on using those. They provided some beach towels too. There’s not much space to relax on the couch for more than 3 people. Communication with the host could use some improvement via chat, but he did answer my call when I needed...

« We had a great week at this property and ultimately gave it 5 stars because it delivered exactly what we needed: an unbeatable location, beautiful water views, and a convenient home base for exploring the Keys. The biggest strengths are definitely the setting and location. The views are fantastic, and Grassy Key was a great central location for day trips both north and south. We spent most of our time out exploring, on the water, or enjoying the area, so having an affordable waterfront place to...
