Heel goed hotel, maar met een paar kleine minpunten. Weinig zon als je aan het zwembad ligt. Ontbijt is maar tot 10:30 dus als ja wat langer slaapt mis je het, want er is geen laat ontbijt. De ene dag word er turndownservice gedaan en de andere niet .

Supervriendelijk personeel, hotel was nog niet helemaal klaar maar daar had je weinig hinder van... Luxueus ingerichte kamer met tal van technische snufjes Japans toilet, dimmende douchewanden, Netflix, grote badkamer.... Enige minpunt en dat heeft niets met het hotel te maken... Er werd bij boeking gekozen voor ontbijt dit is NIET goed gecommuniceerd door expedia/hotelbeds waardoor we met 6 personen toch 150€per dag voor iets wat we eigenlijk er al bijgeboekt hadden.. Expedia heeft beloofd terug te betalen.... Ligging van hotel is redelijk goed vlot met taxi bereikbaar in de omgeving zijn ze overal aan het bouwen maar hier heb je geen geluidshinder van...

Terrible!!!
I arrived at the hotel tired at 10:30 pm after a long journey. They put us in a room that made huge internal noise. We complain and then after 30 minutes they sent a technical professional. This guy confirmed problems and recommended to change the room. We waited more 40 minutes. We surprise because they put us in other room with the same problem. They spoke that it’s normal this noise. After we complain a lot and to ask to talk with manager, they decided to moce to other room without noises. We went to sleep at 1:30 pm. We wait for 3 hours. Completely absurd. We decide do not do nothing in this hotel in day after and we decide to change de hotel. The worst experience in one hotel in my live

The hotel has a turable location. You can't get out without taxi because it's on the main road. It's not so easy to get metter taxi in the hotel...you need to get private taxi, and it's much more expensive. The customer service very bad. 4 days before the check-in, I tried to contact them by email,whatsapp, and instagram, and there is no answer. The shower was very bad, it had very low water flow..i contact the front desk and they told me they would fix it but no one had come to fix it. I wish I was closed to another hotel instead of this one.
