When we arrived, it was difficult to see the house number and we weren't sure we were at the right house. The whole place looked deserted. There was one outside light on - on the left side. We were supposed to enter on the right. There were solar lights a long the sidewalk which were all broken. When we got to the top of the stairs, there wasn't a light...
