Hôtel Centre-ville, Banner Elk

« The room was clean but outside everything is under construction and messy. We couldn't spleep because of noises coming from the room next to ours. The price is too high having in consideration that they are under construction. I am not giving a worse review because the staff was really nice. »

« The owners and operators were very friendly. You seldom meet the owner's family at a hotel. They were appropriately proud of their place tucked in a charming small community. »

« Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful. »

« Good and friendly staff »

« Chambre propre, personnel aimable et petit déjeuner très bien. »

« Second time I’ve stopped by. Nice place! It’s clean, warmth and comfortable. Personal is nice. Love the breakfast, lots of choices. Definitely a place to stop by. »

« Kate the receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful, the place was super clean, everything was perfect. »

« Mal dormi a cause de voisins télé toute la nuit....et fumant sur terrasse , fumée arriva.t dans notre chambre....voisins bruyants inaccessible, ne repondant pas à la sonnette ..... »

« Bon hotel. Petit dej moyen. »

« Hôtel et petit déjeuner satisfaisants. Chambre bien équipée et confortable. Cependant, mal insonorisé. On entend le voisin ronfler. »

« Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6:15 pm. I was told no other rooms were available. 30 minutes after we arrived, we were provided with a room. There was no thermostat in the room, just a window unit that has manual on/off with a dial for cooling and heating. You can't set a temperature. The breakfast was very well stocked and clean. »

« It was a nice experience staying there, the only thing was that we ran out of hot water. »

« The first unit I reserved had some issues - sliding door wouldn't open and logging into the TV, but the host moved us to another unit that was much better. We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time. »
