'We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. 'Amazing vineyard views, the hide is done out beautifully with all the pots and pans you need for indoor or outdoor hob or bbq cooking so you need to bring nothing. Wood burners in each room and a fire pit outside for cooking/ marshmallow toasting makes it so cozy! Hot tub is so much fun to heat with the wood burner and so relaxing to look over the vineyard sat with a glass of vino. Completely isolated and so peaceful. hosts are so friendly and helpful. 'Wanted some cheap basic accommodation for 2 nights. Found it eventually after driving through the narrow lanes some of which weren't signposted very well but adds to the fun!. Very neat and cosey and the bed was particularly comfortable. Nicely laid out with some nice touches. Ideal if you want some peace and quiet as it is tucked away at the back of the village in what used to be an old veg garden.'

A minor issue (shower fell apart in one bathroom) was resolved quickly and with no fuss or question. 'We had a lovely long weekend at the Piddle Inn. Downstairs is just like a pub - all for us! Bar, games room and pub kitchen fantastic for a family group. Gorgeous bedrooms and the sound of the stream at night. Lovely walks straight from the back and Alan the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly.'

'Alhoewel de omgeving wat kaal is, (er zou wel wat meer groen mogen zijn) is de caravan voorzien van alle noodzakelijke dingen om ons verblijf tot een heerlijke vakantie te maken. we hebben veel gezien en ondernomen. wat we hebben gemist is een Tourist Information Centre maar met Internet kom je een heel eind!'

'De woning is vrijstaand op een zeer groot perceel. Alles in de woning is erg ruim. Uitstapjes in de buurt zijn er volop. Al met al is dit echt een toplocatie. Doordat de woning wat afgelegen ligt hadden wij wel slechte WIFI. Wellicht was dit tijdelijk. Men heeft er een 4g ontvanger geplaatst en dat verbeterde het iets.'
