'Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street.'

'Such a cute little gem, right outside of downtown Lafayette. The house was lovely inside and out. The recent renovations and layout of the house makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! '

'No pool, but everything in the room worked microwave, fridge, tv looks the the rooms were updated rooms are large staff was very friendly.

'The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. '

'You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!'

'Pool- joke! Half full of green murky water and the grass is grown up all around. The rooms are not well maintained, dingy overall. No breakfast! The sign out front said Smart Stay Inn NOT anything Wyndham would put their name on.

'10/10 would not recommend. Unless you want roaches for breakfast, lunch, supper, dinner and dessert.
Straight up biohazard. Don’t know why this still exists or is even an option to book on this site. The place litteraly falls apart.
No exaggeration.

Leak under the washtub, showerfaucet dripping, ceiling falling apart, walls falling apart, holes in the walls are not even repaired but just covered with clear tape.

'Upon arrival i was taken aback. There was a tarp on the roof on signs of construction in the front yard.
In order to get into the home you have to walk around the house to the back door. Upon entry there were signs of water damage in the ceiling. Fast forward l....had electricity upon check-in but after returning, about 5 hours later the electricity said look for me.....yeah not an ounce of electricity at the residence.
