'This is a great hotel with amazingly attentive and kind staff who are happy to assist you with everything, a wonderfully comfortable bed and a very spacious and super clean room. We also booked the Ha Long bay cruise with Paradise group and it was perfect. They put a lot of effort in providing high quality food, which we could experience at the breakfast buffet, during the cruise and at the nearby restaurants which are part of Paradise group. The only things that could maybe improve, are the...

'Excellent all round'

'Vriendelijk personeel, mooie boot en lekker eten (vegan)'

'Good stay. The boat itself is dated but the staff is great, very strict timeline and good Cruise Manager. '

'The staff treated customers as part their family. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy and Ali are awesome representatives of your company. Although we took the 2 day tour it was very relaxing and scenic😎'

'Enjoyed the excursions to the pearl farm and cave. All the cruises seem to go to the same places. '

'This cruise was nice, the area though is packed with other boats so not very secluded. The room (Royal Suite) was lovely with great views. The restaurant staff were the best '

'Nice tidy room. Extremely friendly and outgoing staff. Big dinners! '

'The boat amd our room were super clean and comfortable. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating leading up to and during the cruise, especially Helen with our booking and Stella, our amazing waitress on the cruise!! We highly recommend Rita Cruises.'

'Experiência muito legal. O barco é confortável, a equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, comida boa e as atividades muito bem escolhidas '

'Good option to stay overnight before the cruise.'

'Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat.'
