'From the moment we were picked up.in Hanoi to when we were returned back to our hotel the service was.top notch. Lee our guide on the bus was excellent and Ming.the tour director on the boat and his staff were awesome. The time in Halong bay was relaxing and a great way.to end a holiday in Vietnam! 'The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise.'

'Ik kreeg na het boeken meteen een mailtje van Halong Phoenix cruiser met vragen over dieet etc. De volgende dag werd ik opgehaald bij mijn hotel in Hanoi, ik moest voor de heen en terug reis 20 dollar betalen. de reisleider was een vriendelijke man. Aan boord verliep alles soepel, de kamer was klein maar netjes met een fijn bed en prima badkamer. Het eten was echt geweldig!
