« Space of bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared areas was enough for our needs. Cleanliness of home was not up to expectations, especially showers, walls, and baseboards. Many items should be repaired/replaced: shower heads, furnace filters, mattresses and cover, pool screen, etc. We called on first day, no response until leaving two weeks later, sent them an extensive list of improvements. »

« We liked our stay so much we are coming back next year. We liked the gated community and quiet time regulations. Very peaceful. The house has every appliance and various types of pots and pans, dishes and glassware you might need for your stay. Walmart is a 5 minute drive away to stock up with groceries and anything else needed for your comfort. « We stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2026 and absolutely loved it! The pictures do not do it justice. We have stayed on Storey Lake before and like the close proximity to the Disney Parks. The area in Kissimmee is great with lots of restaurants available, close to 192 and very close 3 big supermarkets, Target, Publix and Walmart. « Pool was unheated for the whole stay. Contacted property manager everyday, only to be told the pool tech would be out and he never came. Paid 197 for pool heat and couldn’t even use the pool. I requested a refund and they have still not agreed to a refund. Also main resort that is advertised is a 7min drive from the home there is a smaller one about a 3 minute drive away. »
