« I have stayed here before but always had a room overlooking the car park. This time I was on the other side and unfortunately the constant road noise did not make for a good nights sleep. The telly was also not working in the room but by the time I noticed I was already ready for bed so left it until the morning to let staff know. »

« Room was disappointing. Ceiling fan didnt work and it was a heatwave. Extractor in bathroom stayed on for an hour once light had been turned off. Only 1 pillow per person on the bed. Bath towels rough and many straggly ends. All surface areas were sticky, disgusting. Will never recommend this place, it was not the standard we paid for. »

« I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly. »

« The only thing is that the appartments are close to bars and restaurants and some nights were noisy because of people being loud. Other than that our stay was much appreciated. »

« Such a lovely setting and charming friendly staff but the hotel itself is in serious need of a refurb. The bed in our room was worn out with uncomfortable springs sticking through and a metal ridge all the way round. The pillows were rocks. The duvet was summer weight so it was cold(this is February). « Excellent location for walking to the office in the morning, 20 minutes to Manor Park. Personnel is nice and helpful. Room is spacious, bed is confortable, nice desk for using a laptop. I like that the TV allows to stream your own tablet / PC so you don't have to faff around with accounts. Breakfast is good, decent choice of pastries, good choice of cereals. The only issue is the really small bathroom. You need to manoeuver when you open the door, and when you sit on the WC the doorstop is right...
