The space
Grandpa's Attic includes: studio space with queen size bed and single bed, private bathroom with single-stall shower, and a kitchenette. Grandpa's guests also have access to a shared laundry space located on the first floor in the back of the home.

Guest access
Grandpa's Attic has completely private access to the second floor of the home.

The first floor of the home is occupied by Granny's Corner Suite, a cozy two-bedroom apartment also available to book via Airbnb. Granny's has its own private entrance separate from Grandpa's Attic.

All guests have access to the shared laundry space located in the back of the home.

Grandpa's guests have reserved parking behind the home, in the driveway in front of the garage; Granny's guests have reserved parking in the driveway in front of the home.
