Waterview Villa~Steps to Beach~Pool~King Bed

Summary:
Amazing location with the lakeside and Gulf-side views from balconies spanning the front and back of the home. This townhouse is in the Crystal beach area of Destin and is the ground level of a two-story unit. While relaxing in the living room, enjoy a view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views out front. The Seasonally heated Pool and beach are both only a few steps away. With a king bed in the master and a full over full bunk in the guest room, this villa can sleep a total of 6 guests.

The Space:
The beautiful sandy beach is only a few steps across the street and you can use the tunnel out front to get to it so you don't have to use the street. This is the lower unit of a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom townhome. It is lakefront on the back side and has a private furnished balcony to enjoy the views and have an outdoor dining experience. The front of the home has a sitting area and is only steps from our community pool which is heated from Mid February through April. All guests have access to the pool, the pool bathrooms, and the outdoor showers which are near the pool. There are also several charcoal BBQ pits near the pool area that are available to use during your stay, charcoal is not provided. There are waterfront restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, so you can't beat the convenience of this location. We provide beach towels, chairs and toys.
