The saltwater heated pool and hot tub (heat is optional and an additional fee) are a stunning addition to this beachside home. A covered porch warmly greets all who enter.
On the first floor you will find a bright and airy Mother-in-Law Suite with built in full-over-full bunk beds, large double vanity bath suite and kitchenette with refrigerator. For further sleeping arrangements, there is a stylishly decorated King Suite overlooking the pool deck. Following the King Suite is a beautiful bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. You will hardly be able to contain your happiness when you see the amazing slanted ceiling, abundance of natural light and fun pops of color in this room. Additionally on the first floor is an elevator for your convenience, a beautiful wine fridge, and a lovely seating area for two near the entryway. The elevator (for additional fee) services all three floors.
The second floor features an open concept living and dining space with a spectacular chefās kitchen and plentiful views of the beloved sugar white sands and shimmering waters of the Emerald Coast. The spacious, modern kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that sits 5. Sliding glass doors retract on two full walls in the living space that lead onto the second floor deck with additional plush seating and amazing views. Allow the soothing ocean breeze to sweep into the room as guests lounge in the living area or dine at the dining area. The dining area features a pristine glass top table which comfortably sits 6. The open concept paired with the sliding doors leading onto the deck is absolutely perfect for mingling and conversing during gatherings. There is a half bath conveniently located off all common areas.
Find your indoor tropical oasis in the second floor Master King Suite which features gorgeous decor and access to the second floor deck through a large sliding glass door. This suite features queen-over-queen bunks and a lavish private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There is also a half bath located on this floor.
On the third floor is a bunk room with three queen-over-queen bunks, sleeping a total of 6 guests. Also on this level is a pool table, bar with seating for 4, and a kitchenette including an ice maker, refrigerator and sink.
