Welcome to Treasure in the Dunes, where every stay feels like uncovering your own hidden gem along the Emerald Coast. Nestled within the prestigious Dunes of Destin community, this extraordinary retreat blends elegance, comfort, and entertainment for a vacation that truly lives up to its name.

Just steps from your private beach access, Treasure in the Dunes reveals its first sparkling jewel—a resort-style outdoor oasis. Bask beside the glistening pool with built-in seating, slip into the soothing waterfall spa, or relax on the deck as the sun sets over sugar-white sands. The covered poolside game room makes entertaining effortless, with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, built-in grill, and plenty of room for laughter to linger late into the night.

Inside, every detail is polished to shine like a rare find. The first floor offers a King Suite, hall bunk alcove for four, and full bath—perfect for convenient main-level living. On the second floor, the gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly into the open living and dining areas, while two oversized King Suites with private baths provide peace and privacy.

The third floor unveils even more treasures: three King Suites with ensuite baths, including one with a private balcony for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails. A bunk room with three full-over-full bunks and a lively upstairs game room with twin-over-twin bunks create a dream retreat for kids and teens alike.

This house sleeps a maximum of 24 guests, Treasure in the Dunes offers space for everyone to discover their own corner of paradise. From sunrise coffee on the balcony to sunset swims in the pool, every memory here feels like a treasure you’ll carry home.

This house has space for 6 vehicles.

Additional amenities include four parking spaces and optional pool heating for a fee Oct-April. Managed by the trusted Newman-Dailey team, Treasure in the Dunes pairs local expertise with a reputation for excellence—so you can relax knowing your Destin escape is in the best hands.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
