Many homes in the Destin area of this size are choppy with small rooms and few areas for large groups to congregate. THIS HOUSE BOASTS LARGE, SPACIOUS AREAS FOR BIG FAMILIES AND GROUPS TO CONGREGATE!

If you rent the house plus optional owner's quarters, there are six bedrooms.

FOUR BEDROOMS COME WITH THE STANDARD HOUSE RENTAL:
1) First bedroom is a king bedroom suite with private bathroom
2) Second bedroom is a king bedroom suite with private bathroom along with additional twin separate room - great for kids
2) Third bedroom has two queen beds
3) Bunk room has six twins - great for kids to have their own fun space but still be close to parents.
Two rolling twins are available on site with regular house rental.

***THE OWNER'S QUARTERS ADD-ON IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $750/NIGHT*** This is a perfect area for those who appreciate a professional chef's kitchen, mom and dad or grandparents or any early/late risers to have a separate/private area. If you would like to book the Owner's Quarters with your reservation you will need to send a message prior to making your reservation to request the add-on. The Owner's Quarters includes two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), additional bathroom, second kitchen, and second living room. The owners quarters is only an add-on and not rented individually so this cannot be rented to anyone else while you are there if you chose the four bedroom/one kitchen only option. Send us a message prior to confirming your reservation and we will add the Owner's Quarters to your booking. We use the owners quarters personally when not rented and everything is upscale - bedding, kitchen appliances, etc.
