The Space:

Dreaming of a Destin vacay that makes you feel right at home with a touch of a coastal vibe? We know that everyone needs a touch of getaway "zen" in their life! Cobia Casita has it all. Our split 6 bedroom layout includes two homes (yes, two!) and means you can bring the whole family, yet still enjoy your own space. Kick your feet up and lounge in our multiple living areas, indulge in some popcorn & a movie on the back patio, sip some sweet tea while swinging and people watching out front, or take a dip in the pool oasis right out the back door. The possibilities are endless, and a little something for everyone. We're so excited to show you coastal living at its finest. You belong at Cobia Casita!

• Bedroom 1: King Bed

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shares a full hallway bathroom with Bedroom 1

• Bedroom 3: King Bed, with back patio access. Includes a large ensuite bathroom with His & Hers sinks, toilet, and a large step-free walk in shower with multiple shower heads.

• The kitchen, living and dining area are located toward the back of the home, with an open concept to enjoy post-beach day meals at the breakfast bar for 4, and dining table for 6. The chef in the group is going to love our Frigidaire Gallery appliances, fully stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, and a variety of small appliances. We know your day doesn't start without a cup of Joe, so we have a standard coffee pot & Keurig.

• The laundry area is right off the kitchen, featuring a stackable washer and dryer, pantry, and a bonus fridge!

• Enjoy a separate living room and a second full kitchen here. Super modern & brand new, with everything you'll need!

• Bedroom 4, first floor: One Twin-over-Queen bunk bed. An ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. A patio door here makes it convenient to not walk through the home when enjoying a pool day!

• Bedroom 5, second floor: King Bed with a private built-in workspace, closet space, and balcony access.

• Bedroom 6, second floor: King Bed with a private built-in workspace, closet space, and balcony access.

• One additional bathroom is located on the second floor, between the two King bedrooms with a walk in shower, toilet, and vanity.

• We know packing for the kiddos means bringing everything but the kitchen sink. That's why we lighten your load a bit by providing children’s dishes, a pack and play, baby gate, & high chair. No need to request these items, they're always at the home and ready for guest use.



**Please note: The spillover spa section connected to the pool is a decorative water feature and not a separate hot tub. It cannot be heated independently. Pool heating for the entire pool is available for an additional fee, just reach out to add it for your stay!**



Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.

• You may park up to 5 vehicles during your stay, depending on the size of the vehicles..



The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance.



Getting Around:

• We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 48 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 76 miles



Other Things to Note:

Cobia Casita is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs.

• Golf cart is available for rent during your stay, please inquire for pricing for your stay. Cart is not available those 25y or younger at any time.

• Pool heating pricing varies, inquire for rates for your stay! Please give us a 24-hour notice for pool heating so we can get it just right prior to your arrival.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM

• Checkout: 10:00 AM
