  • Summary:
    Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Easy walk to the beach, near all supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathroom, sleeps 10 guests, pool (can be heated for an additional fee) in a fenced yard for your privacy.
    arcade machines, pool table, fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ grill, kids games, beach gear ( beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, beach toys- Free for you to use). Linen and towels provided.

    The Space:
    Our beautiful beach house is ready to host you! 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #2 has also a queen size bed. This two bedrooms sharing a full size bathroom. Bedroom #3 has queen size bed and a bunk bed of queen over queen bed. This room has the master bathroom with a stand alone shower and double vanity plus a tub. All bedrooms has smart HD Roku TV’s. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to create your family favorite meals while on vacation. The big dining room table can fit everyone in your group. 2 fun arcade machines and a pool table are also in the house when you need some downtime from the beach. The large living room has a big 65” smart HD TV. This room leads to the private pool in the back yard and a gas BBQ grill with an outdoor dining area. Lounge chairs are provided as well to enjoy privacy. The garage has all your beach gear. From a beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand play toys and a beach wagon to carry it all.

    The Neighborhood:
    Very safe neighborhood to walk/ ride a bike during any time of the day or night

    Getting Around:
    We would recommend getting around by car, but many people are renting golf carts and that’s all you need. You can go everywhere with the golf cart: supermarket, restaurants, beach, pool and more! It is so much fun :)

    Other Things to Note:
    Check in at 5:00pm, check out 10:00AM. An unauthorized late check out will result of a $300.00/hr charge.

This house is in a great location. Easy to get to anything and within walking distance to the beach. Nice to have a pool in the backyard. My kids loved the pool table and arcade games. We would definitely stay here again

Great house, great location

House was absolutely perfect. Yossi, the owner, was just a phone call or text away and always made sure things were going good. Location was perfect and I loved the neighborhood. We rented a golf cart and zipped all over.

Awesome week

There was 6 of us. My son and his family of 4, my dil’s mother and me. I bunked with girls until they decided to go to living room, lol.Only issue we had was tv in first bedroom didn’t work. They said they would get it replaced, but it wasn’t replaced during our stay. House is clean, neighborhood is awesome. Had everything we needed.

Review

Decent house but wouldn’t recommend staying if you are a group of teenagers. The owners were pretty threatening and strict making me walk on eggshells all trip and they will be checking the cameras to see what you are up to. Whole process seemed invasive and seemed like they wanted to evict us and take our money.

Amazing house, great location, great hosts

The house is very spacious, clean, fun and only 2 minutes from the beach. A lot of beach items like chairs, umbrella, coolers, kids surf boards, noodles were all available in the garage. The kids loved the pool and the arcade game machines. I worked from home for part of our stay and the internet was super fast which again was a huge plus for me. The hosts, Yosi and Nili, are super nice and understanding. They check the messages and reply fairly quickly for any of our questions. I highly recommend this location or even the hosts as we enjoyed our stay beyond our expectation.

It's a beautiful home in a safe area!!

It's a beautiful home. I won't say anything that I haven't already told the host privately. The pool liner and surrounding deck needs an upgrade. The in house floors are soooo slick when wet PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! The bunkbed is bent up and wobbly, be careful there as well! The host was great to communicate with. I'm not sure if the people who clean the house communicates good with them on the needed upgrades. Overall, my family and I made some good memories minus all the slips, falls and hospital visit!

Everything was great!

Family and i stayed here for 1 week, we enjoyed every minute of it. The house is located in a great area close to different store to visit and see. Walking distance to the beach around 5-10 minutes at the most. The house was nice and clean and had everything needed. My girls love the arcade and the pool, they where using every day. The only thing i would comment is there was no mop, broom yes but no mop. Coming in from the pool would wet the floor and me personally do not like using the towels or rags for cleaning the floor. Other then that everything was great, ohh the neighbor from the right was very friendly and made us feel welcome we would definitely rent from here again.

Family Vacation

First off we were thankful for being able to get in the house a couple hours early. House was nice with plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 young kids. Arcade games and pool table were enjoyed by the guys. The extra beach and pool accessories were also nice to have. The kitchen was stocked very well. We were disappointed in the pool which was our main reason for renting this property. The pool liner had a couple of holes in it so the skimmers didn’t work. There was a lack of chlorine because skimmers didn’t work. Had to use hand skimmer multiple times a day to get bugs/pollen out of pool. Listing should state pool doesn’t work properly. We have our own pool at home I have to clean - did not come on vacation to clean a pool and swim in one dirty/not functioning. Would not have rented if I knew pool didn’t function properly.

Swimming Pool is poor shape

We booked this stay for Fourth of July week. The main purpose being to have barbecues,cookout and swim. A couple weeks before our arrival I noticed a review that said the swimming pool was not working, so I contacted the owner who told me it was getting fixed. Long story short, we arrived and the pool was not in working order. It was more than half empty. She expected us to Fill it up ourselves. The filter is not working either. Based on pictures of the listing The area where the pool is severely damaged does not come up on any photos. This leads me to believe that their story that a previous Tenant and her dogs destroyed the pool right before we were to check in, is made up. This house needs a lot of deep cleaning on the inside whoever maintains it for them is not doing a good job. She offered me a small refund. But it was not enough. We could’ve rented a house Without a pool for way less than what we had to pay her daily. This was also during Fourth of July week, so there were no other rentals available and we were stuck in this home the whole week. VRBO Should ban them from booking on here because they clearly know that their swimming pool is not working properly and they are advertising falsely information.
