Loved the layout of the home, the pool, pool house and golf cart. The location of the home is perfect! I would have easily given this house 5 stars and all positives but it could really use a deep cleaning. It had an awful odor from the moment we walked in it was the first thing noticed. Friends stayed down the street from us and mentioned the odor right when they walked in as well.

This property was so perfect for our family.The kids loved the pool, and the pool house was perfect for relaxing. (There is a box full of toys for the pool and sand, we even left our Buckets for the next family(ies) to enjoy).It was clean, had more than enough towels for our party of 8, a washer and dryer (perfect for us with small kids and messes), and a fully stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs.The golf cart was just what we needed to make trips to the beach, short trips to the store, and evening rides with the kids.Thank You for a memorable spring break.

Great location in destin

Great location in Destin. Loved the golf cart. The house was NOT clean. Soooo dusty. Black feet. There was half an inch of dust the door frame cracks of the master.. baseboards had a ton of dust. AC vents had dust. Hardly any good pots and pans. Exhaust fan in bathroom had so much dust. Water pressure was soooo low in shower. Not great ventilation after showers. I will not stay here again. Check in And out was easy.

Great house and location

Great property ideally located one block from beach. Upon arrival not all of the beds were made and we had to make them ourselves. I reported it to the property manager and they did not respond. The golf cart works but needs some serious maintenance. Kitchen items very minimal. Did not even had hot pads to remove food from the oven.

Great house!

The house is perfect. We loved having the pool right out our door and also the golf cart to make getting the beach convenient. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We had two very minor issues and Ocean Reef responded extremely quickly and even gave us some restaurant recommendations. We will most definitely be back!

A dream vacation!

This home was perfect for our family vacation! Clean, spacious, and close to the beach! We spent so much time on the patio and in the pool! We had two small issues and the company was very quick and attentive to our needs. We loved it and will be back!

Great Location and house for families

We love this property and have stayed at it in the past under previous ownership. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The property is all one level which was great for our small children and guest that uses a wheelchair. It is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Or a short car ride to Henderson state park which is our favorite beach. It is very family friendly and handicap accessible. Our only suggestion is that the pool needs to be heated to accomodate the cooler months of the year- we were not able to use it during our stay the end of March due to the temperature.

Fantastic Fall Break

The house was beautiful and perfect for my family. Great kitchen and appliances, high ceilings, hard wood floors. Swimming pool and patio were very relaxing. Golf cart was fun. Short walk to beach, which was clean and not over crowded. Lovely neighborhood. We would love to stay here again!!

Great stay

The house itself was beautiful and was accommodating for our whole group of 8. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the master bedroom bed… it was not very comfortable and the patio furniture and pool house furniture was very worn and stained pretty bad. Other than that we had a great time and the kids enjoyed the pool and the convenience of having the golf cart!

Great setup for two families

Great place for two families (4 adults and 4 children). The pool and pool house was worth the cost. It keep the kids occupied during much needed down time. Kitchen was well stocked to cook all meals. Location is great. Golf cart was a great need to transport items and people to and from the beach. Only issue we had was the a/c. The a/c was not performing well at all. It was weak for the first few days with the front bed rooms never cooled off. The a/c finally went out midweek. It took about 7 hours to get someone out to repair. It did come back on but still seems to struggled.

Awesome Property

Our family stayed here for a week - it was very well maintained and up to date and clean. We loved it and it was perfect for our family of 7. Pool was beautiful and loved the golf cart, even though it's only 8 houses to the beach. House was well stocked with all supplies needs i.e. plates, pots, pans, etc. House close to shopping for all necessities. We plan to come back next year. Very pleased.

Great home and great location

The home is perfect for a group. We didn’t have a large group but the layout of this home is awesome. The pool, golf cart and location to the beach made this stay a great getaway. Will definitely be back.

Nice and Spacious

Our group was here for a softball tournament, the house was exactly what we were expecting. It was spacious enough for us to spread out and not feel like we were crowded. Pool was so nice to cool off in after a hot day at the ballpark. Only issue we had was plumbing initially in guest bathroom when we first arrived, property management had a plumber there to fix the issue. No other issues with plumbing the rest of the week. The beds could be a little more comfortable, pretty firm mattress, we were used to softer style mattress. We would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful Stay! Great layout with private pool and pool house.

We had 8 family members in our party and the layout was perfect. Just the right amount of beds and bedrooms without someone having to sleep on a couch. House was actually better than the pictures. Grandkids loved the pool and used the pool house as their hangout place. Loved the golfcart for trips to the beach and local shopping. Any questions I had were responded to quickly. More than enough towels and well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, appliances and utensils. Would definately return.

Great place for family beach vacation

This house was super clean and had plenty of towls for everyone to use. The hotel style little soaps and shampoos were a nice touch. The pool was a highlight for our kids for the entire trip and the golf cart was a nice added bonus for all the trips to the beach. The house felt much larger than a 3 bedroom house. Plenty of space to lounge around. Our family would definitely rent this house again.
