Property was dirty upon arrival. Had to mop floors due to our feet and socks being black with the filthy floors. Chewed up gum on front porch. Pool was broken and unable to be used. Property said they would refund the money from the pool heating but have not communicated back if they are going to compensate anything due to the pool being unable to be used at all. Pool was also filthy. Location of house was perfect. They said pool would be fixed Monday and the pool guy never came out until Thursday and never fixed due to waiting on a part. I get that but no compensation as in refund of any money for not being able to use a major amenity and no communication about it is frustrating.
