Indoors:

The primary king bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tiled shower and a chic double vanity. Kids will adore the cozy bunk area featuring two full-size built-in beds. The secondary king bedroom impresses with its coastal art and design, while the queen bedroom seamlessly melds comfort and style with contrasting furnishings and refreshing gulf blue highlights – all the rooms feature 50-55’’ Smart TVs (cable channels included).



The family area greets you with plush seating, a massive 75" TV, and a selection of games for all ages. The kitchen is decked out with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, gorgeous stone counters, and a cozy eat-in island with plenty of seating. Need more space to gather? Our gathering/gaming table and dining area provide ample room for your crew, whether for dining or family game night.



The full-size side-by-side washer and dryer in the hallway means you won't have to worry about packing too many clothes or finding a laundromat.



Outdoors:

The front porch is equipped with four rocking chairs and a couple of Adirondacks facing the southern sky. Our backyard oasis is where you unwind and enjoy tranquil coastal breezes while sipping on a refreshing drink. Cook up your favorite mouth-watering dish on the BBQ grill and enjoy a delicious meal on our oversized patio deck with plenty of seating at our table with 8 chairs under a shaded pergola; added lounging is offered on a large sofa and chairs. You'll never be bored with our selection of outdoor games like Giant Jenga, corn hole, and ring toss. Our storage cabinet is fully stocked for a perfect day at the beach with chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, toys, and boogie boards. After a long day in the sun, rinse off in our refreshing outdoor shower located just off the patio. The refreshing heated Clipper Cove community pool is located 3 houses away, less than 100 steps.

We take pride in providing nothing but the best for our guests, and that starts with our premium bedding. Our bathrooms do not skimp on the essentials - we've stocked full-size dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. We've also thought of the little things that can make a big difference, like luggage racks in every bedroom, a generous supply of make-up wipes, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, and trash bags. We know that convenience is key, which is why we've also included quality coffee packets and condiments. We want you to feel taken care of so you can lessen your trips to the store and focus on creating lasting memories in our home.

The Neighborhood:

Crystal Beach in Destin, Florida is one of south Okaloosa County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico’s clear emerald water and sugar white sand beaches. Beyond the beach, you will be within walking distance of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment the area has to offer! Located just a short walk to Destin Commons, which has 85+ shops, AMC 14-plex IMAX movie theater, restaurants, bowling and much more! Here are a few nearby options.

• The Shoppes at Paradise Isle is a two-minute walk to pick up last-minute supplies, hit the salon or even get a massage!

• Enjoy the day, sand free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just 1.5 miles away!

• Fabulous Beach location – within easy walking distance to multiple Gulf Beach accesses.

• Camille’s Crystal Beach café for espresso in the morning and fabulous fare for breakfast to Happy Hour. After 5pm head to Camille's upstairs for the best Seafood and Sushi in town. Full bar.

• Just east 2.5 miles on Scenic Gulf Drive is the Dolphin Reef, an amazing snorkeling reef about 685 feet off the beach at the Miramar Beach Public Access. This reef is home to a multitude of sea life. Be safe and snorkel with an experienced buddy and use a kayak, paddleboard, or similar means of floatation.



Getting Around:

Very walkable with several restaurants at a 3-5 min stroll. A vehicle is needed for activities like shopping, golf, and nightlife. Option to arrange delivery of a 4 or 6-seat street-legal golf cart.



Other Things to Note:

Primary guest agrees to digitally sign host rental agreement, verify ID/age with host, comply with all house rules/local ordinances, and consents to guest background screening. Primary guest minimum age is 25 years old and must occupy property during the entire length of stay. Accidental damage protection is provided by the host and included in your booking total.
