'Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!'

'Staying at the Smith House was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Kelly is a terrific host with great communication skills. She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. Kelly quickly answered questions that came up for us. And The Smith House is so charming, full of historical references and beautiful art, cozy areas in the home to enjoy. And the location...

'This was a great place for my family and I to stay. Great for large groups. Perfect location. Nice and tidy. If you like it cold…the AC works great. The mattress in MB was firm but good. They should’ve supplied more trash bags in the kitchen. However, I did not ask for more. Other than that it was perfect '
