'It was not the typical hotel/resort experience but the location, the coziness, the service and the atmosphere was amazing. Very clean room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Internet in the room was good. Is a calm place so if you’re looking for parties, loud music all the time then this is not the place for you. Beach only a few steps away. Beautiful scenery. 'This is a really cute hotel. It is right in the center of Rincon and a few minutes drive to Steps beach. The room was perfect for the two of us. There is a restaurant/bar next door and we stayed on a Friday night, but the building must be well insulated because I heard nothing after I went to bed and that was at about 10 pm, so I am sure they were open a few hours after that. I would definitely stay here again if ever I am back in Rincon!'

'The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains).'
