'The Falcon is a classic English inn with much charm in a picture postcard village. While old, the facilities have been fully refurbished up to modern standards so that the rooms are most comfortable incl the ensuite. The staff is very kind and helpful'

'Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music '

There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care.. 'Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park.'

'We had a lovely stay, the room was beautifully decorated. Check-in staff were kind and the process was fast. The room itself had everything you might need with lush toiletries. Only minor downside was the water temperature and pressure, it took forever to heat up and didn't reach a temperature which I would like but that is of course personal. Breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options. All in all can only reccommend. '

'The shower had only one heat setting - scalding. The sink taps wobbled and the sink was almost blocked. Otherwise everything was fine.'
