The surroundings have a rich bird life, especially at Långe Jan, where you can also see harbor seals. In Grönhögen there is also a popular limestone quarry if you want to swim in fresh water. Northeast of the accommodation you will find the sea with great opportunities for walks. In Grönhögen there is an ICA store, ice cream parlor, golf restaurant, pizzeria and Carla's café in the harbor.
