  • Welcome to Penthouse Paradise! New listing by premier host with history of 4.9 star reviews. Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful, 2-story 19th /20th floor direct oceanfront condo that sleeps up to 12 people. From the moment you enter the front door, you’ll be met with beautiful views of Daytona Beach. The large wrap-around balcony provides breath taking views of both the ocean (Sunrise) and inter-coastal (Sunset). It contains plenty of seating for everyone. Outdoor spaces include outdoor seating, outdoor eating, daybed, loungers, hammock, etc.

    **********************************************our building is currently under construction. Our unit is completed with some new windows and sliding glass doors. Starting in OctoberThe work is being done between the 1st and the 7th floor. We are on 19 and 20. The balconies are available but we are not allowed to have permanent furniture but we do have chairs and loungers on the balcony for our tenants to enjoy. Please inquire with host for details *******************************************

Our stay at the Penthouse Paradise was absolutely fantastic! Paul made sure everything was in order and cleaned for our stay and stayed in communication when needed. The views were incredible as well! My family said it was the best trip so far and we’ve been coming to horizons for about 4 years now!

We were looking for more room with 2 families and this place delivered. All of us could even sit down together in the living room, something no other beach condo has ever been able to do. Kitchen is stocked great, beds were comfortable, location is right on the beach. We could even see fireworks from balcony they were shooting at the pier. Would definitely rent this condo again for a large group.

The Penthouse Paradise exceeded our expectations! It was clean, well maintained, and the views from the wrap around deck on the top floor were spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked. The host was quick to respond and easy to work with. I would definitely book the Paradise Penthouse again if we are visiting Daytona with a larger group.

The penthouse was a very nice place to stay for spring break with two adults and 5 teenage girls. The view was amazing, all the beds were very comfortable and more than enough room for everyone. Had a few small hick ups but the owners were super fast to respond and accommodating. Definitely would book again in the future.

Penthouse Paradise is well named. The two floor 3BR 3 Bath layout was ideal for our group. The building design is optimized for views of the ocean, the inter-coastal, as well as great views up the coast to the north and down the coast towards the space coast. Beautiful views any time of the day.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo in Daytona Beach and can’t say enough good things about it! The host was incredible—so kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our family feel welcome and comfortable.The condo itself was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had so much space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. It felt like a home away from home. My husband completely fell in love with the couch (seriously, he’s still talking about it ), and the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—including my own!Everything about our stay was perfect, and it made our Jeep Beach trip even more special. We’ve already decided this will be our place to stay every year when we come for Jeep Beach. Highly, highly recommend!

The host was informative and very kind, which made our stay even better. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the view was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of space for everyone, which was perfect for our group.The only downside was the construction. While we were aware of it ahead of time, there were moments at the pool where workers were sandblasting and debris was blowing toward us, which made it less enjoyable.Overall, it was a great place to stay. I just personally wasn’t a huge fan of Daytona.

Had people working on the patio entore time. The aor conditioning was broke and worh people on the balcony sanding and workin couldn't open doors was very loud. Most importantly we had no aor and couldn't be foxed durong our stay. It was hot thay week!

A slice of heaven

We just love our week in Daytona. The condo is clean and inviting. The beds were comfy, makes it hard to come back home. Good Lord willing, we will be back next year.

Beautiful views of ocean and river. Condo is extremely comfortable. The sofa is easy from which to rise. The mattresses are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and host Paul, provides all paper products, garbage bags, dishwasher soap. The elevators are quick and there are luggage wagons available for you to load/unload. Every convenience is available. Games are in the dining area and beach chairs, floats, are in the garage by the one assigned parking space. Although construction is ongoing, the disruption is minimal. The workers never started drilling before 8am and noise was minimal. Paul is very responsive and answered messages quickly. I would definitely recommend this unit for families. We were 3 generations and each enjoyed different aspects. A favorite visual for me will be in my king sized bed on the main floor, looking out the window facing west and seeing the moon for a few minutes. Peaceful and quiet.

The views and condo were wonderful. Construction was going on at the time and the owner made every accommodation possible to make our stay enjoyable. He was very easy to communicate with and was attentive to our needs.

What a VIEW!

Paul is amazing, very! easy to communicate with. The view from the apartment was spectacular, the place spacious and accommodating. Close to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful condo!

Our stay was excellent! The property was very clean and spacious, with beautiful views! No washer and dryer in the condo, it was down the hall - $1.25 per load (like my college dorms in the 90s). A lot of building renovation ongoing due to previous storm damage. Very nice stay!
